The Ticor Title Rate Calculator services provide customized rate quotes based on the combination of the customer, the transaction type, the closing location and the property state. 

The easy-to-use design will prompt you to answer a few questions regarding the subject property and settlement location to get a quote after you log in.

The Rate Calculator produces information for title rates, endorsements, closing costs, recording fees, and transfer taxes.  Additional charges may occur when unusual conditions of title are encountered, when special risks are insured against, or when special services are requested.
